Established in 1991 in Pollachi, Tamil Nadu, MBS Hatcheries began as a modest poultry venture with just 1,000 birds. Founded by brothers L. Arul Murughu and L. Saravana Murughu, the business quickly evolved, driven by a strong vision for quality and growth in the poultry sector.
Over the years, MBS has grown into a major player in South India’s poultry industry, offering a fully integrated value chain that includes broiler farming, hatcheries, poultry feed production, and processed chicken meat.
We now operate and supply live broiler chicken to wholesale markets, retailers, and food service businesses across Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Kerala, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh.
